"It was really an experience of a lifetime. The challenging adventure we've been looking for with countless moments we will keep dear to our hearts. There were many highlights - being in nature and working hard with the dogs/tents, etc, nonstop; the howling of the dogs in the middle of the night; the winter storm that had covered our tents and the dogs in 50cm of snow and much more. The Dog Sledding and Winter Camping on the King’s Trail tour was the adventure we’ve been hoping for. It was a real challenge, though, and not for the faint of heart. Helping the dogs to pull the heavy sleds up the mountains was exhausting but the breathtaking view coming down into the valley the next day in this remote part of Swedish Lapland was one of the most rewarding and memorable experiences of my life. If you want to experience life in nature and be genuinely happy for a full week - book this tour!" Lukas, February 2024

"We were incredibly lucky with the weather. We loved all the interaction with the dogs and the couple of nights spent in cabins due to storms forecast were also a lovely experience. Saunas also fun! "The actual sledding experience would be difficult to improve on - the guide was fantastic as were the dogs; admittedly the weather could have been better, but that's not controllable. The break in the weather (all be it brief) provided a glimpse of the scenery we were missing; however, the friendly nature and joy expressed by the dogs compensated for the bad conditions." "The best part of the trip was the scenery experienced throughout the trip from the river sledding to the mountain sledding. Sweden is a magnificent country with amazing beauty and an appreciation for the environment that is seen with how people work to keep it up. The price was right and the experience listed perfect for what I wanted: adventure sport with outdoor experience in a cold weather climate. I have to thank the staff for being extremely helpful when my flight schedule was thrown off. My first flight was cancelled and my pickup time in Kiruna became 10PM instead of 12:55PM. I had no access to a telephone but through email and my communication with your staff, my updated flight schedule was passed along to my pickup and a lot of aggravation and worry was alleviated.
