PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY WHEN MAKING YOUR BOOKING:

How do I book?

1. Read Trip Information
Many of the experiences offered by Nature Travels are active in nature and usually involve some travel to remote destinations. It is essential that you understand what the experience entails and are confident that you will be able to take part fully in all activities included in the trip.
2. Check Availability
Please contact us to confirm availability for your chosen dates.
3. Make a Booking
Let us know which experience and dates you would like to book and the number of persons. If your requested dates are still available, we will make a booking to reserve your space(s) for up to 4 days and send you an email with instructions on how to complete your booking form and make your payment.
4. Send Booking Form & Deposit
Once we have received your booking form and payment, we will send you your booking confirmation. Deposit due on booking is 10% of total cost or £100 (British Pounds), whichever is greater, or full payment if you are booking less than 60 days before departure. Please note if booking more than one experience that a separate deposit is required for each.

How can I pay?

Please mention your preferred payment option when you complete your booking form and we will send you the necessary details to make your payment.

From the UK:

If you are booking from the UK, there are three ways to pay:

If you are booking from outside the UK, there are two ways to pay:

Can I also pay in Euros or Swedish Kronor?

Yes. Prices on our website are in British Pounds, but you are also welcome to make payment in Euros (by bank transfer or card) or Swedish Kronor (by bank transfer). If you would like to do this, please let us know and we will be happy to provide prices in your chosen currency.

Do I need travel insurance?

It is a condition of joining one of our experiences that you are fully insured against medical and personal accident risks. We require you to provide details of your insurance cover when you complete your booking form. For UK and Republic of Ireland residents, Nature Travels works together with TAG Insurance Services, which arranges comprehensive single trip and multi-trip travel insurance which is ideal for our activities.

What other documents do I need?

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport and visa as well as suitable insurance and other travel documentation for your trip. UK citizens do not require a visa to visit Sweden or Norway, but please ensure your circumstances do not require special arrangements. For general travel advice for Sweden and Norway, visit "Know Before You Go" and "Travel Advice By Country" at www.fco.gov.uk/travel. For visa enquiries, please contact your nearest Swedish or Norwegian embassy. For specific advice regarding vaccinations or other health concerns, please contact your GP. UK residents can apply for a free European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) at www.ehic.org.uk entitling holders to access to state-provided healthcare in Sweden or Norway (Norway is not a member of the EU, but is a member of the EEA). Please note that this is not a substitute for provision of adequate travel insurance cover.

How can I give feedback?

We hope that you will find your trip an unforgettable and rewarding experience and want to return to Sweden or Norway again and again to discover more of its natural wonders. To help us maintain the highest standards of customer service, we would be very grateful if you would complete our feedback form, which will be sent to you on your return. Alternatively, you are of course welcome to simply send us an email and tell us about your trip.

Don't forget! Please contact us first to make a booking and reserve your space(s) before you complete your booking form.

Total Payment Protection (topp) Policy Cover:

In compliance with the UK Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 an insurance policy has been arranged with Travel & General Insurance Services Limited (tagis), to protect customers' prepayments in the unlikely event of our financial failure and paid in respect of: 1) non-flight inclusive packages commencing and returning to the UK 2) the ground handling aspects of packages where the customer is responsible for arranging travel to the destination offered in this brochure/literature/document/on this website (subject to the terms of the insurance policy), for: - a refund of such prepayments if customers have not yet travelled, or - making arrangements to enable the holiday to continue if customers have already travelled. Customers' prepayments are protected by a topp policy. In the unlikely event of financial failure please contact the claims helpline on 0870 0137 965. A copy of the policy is available on request. This policy is provided by Travel & General Insurance Services Limited (tagis), registered number 02527363 and underwritten by International Insurance Company of Hannover Limited (Inter Hannover), registered number 01453123. tagis and Inter Hannover are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
