"Just got back and wanted to let you know what a fantastic time we had. Weather wasn't great all the time but Rottnan was beautiful. So relaxing being away from lots of people. The kids were in their element - went off canoeing by themselves on the lakes, made fires a real boy scout adventure. "We had a fantastic time. On the first day we took your advice and stayed in the first couple of lakes before the river really starts. We liked it so much that we also stayed there a second night too. That day was very relaxing and well worth it but as you can imagine the next two days involved rather harder work! On the last night it rained but we had got the hang of starting good fires so that was OK...All in all it was fantastic and something we will be looking to do again next year.
