"We really liked the fact that everything was accessible from our accommodation...picking up outdoor gear in the barn, visiting the dogs each day, walking on trails day and night, chatting to guides in the lodge, a friendly atmosphere that felt personal. Very competent guides and special thanks to Matz who had to help us back onto our snowmobile a few times! Would highly recommend staying there. [The best parts were] the friendly welcome, all of the staff, the excellent food, all day complimentary tea, coffee, juice, the dog sledding, the snowmobile guide Matz and lunch in the wild, walking on trails from our door, seeing the Northern Lights. "The people and the staff at the lodge were warm, kind and this was notable. The food was vastly better than expected and the lodge fulfilled all requirements - it was certainly warm and comfortable. Given that the lodge is in the middle of nowhere I think they do an amazing job with everything and their organisation was really good too. The dog sledding was really super and we absolutely loved the forest lodge/camp, which was outstanding and made me feel like I was in the middle of nowhere, but so comfortable, homely and well-organised.
