Travel Insurance

Registration fee for participants includes insurance for the competition. It is a condition of joining one of our experiences that you are fully insured against medical and personal accident risks for activities outside the competition. We also recommend that you carry cancellation insurance.

Nature Travels provides comprehensive single trip or multi-trip travel insurance policies through TAG Insurance Services tailored to the activities we offer. Please note that Nature Travels insurance is only available to UK and Republic of Ireland residents.

Payment

Once you have submitted your form, we will calculate the amount due for your booking and forward relevant details for your chosen payment method.

*We are able to accept cheques in British Pounds only. For bookings from outside the UK, please make payment by bank transfer or card.

**Please note that for payment by UK debit/credit card, there is a surcharge of 3% (4% for non-UK cards).

The amount due on booking is as follows:

  • 1. Payment of event registration fee for all competing participants.
  • 2. Deposit of £100 or 10% of total addtional costs, whichever is greater (or total additional cost if less than £100).

Please note that if booking less than 60 days before the event, full payment is due on booking.
