Sweden's deep forests, myriad lakes and wide mountain plains offer enormous possibilities for personal challenge and outdoor adventures, from the pathless wilderness of Sarek National Park in Lapland to the virgin snows of the Jämtland mountains.

In most cases, it is not necessary to be a seasoned adventurer to participate in the activities listed here - the experiences are popular with a wide range of travellers from military groups to couples and individuals - but it is important that you are in good physical condition and enjoy the challenges of outdoor life. For some tours previous experience is required. We want you to enjoy your trip and fall in love with the beauty and majesty of the Swedish outdoors.
