*3: It is a condition of joining one of our experiences that you are fully insured against medical and personal accident risks. We also recommend that you carry cancellation insurance. Nature Travels provides a comprehensive travel insurance policy tailored to the activities we offer. Please see www.naturetravels.co.uk/insurance.htm for details of policy and premiums. Please note that Nature Travels insurance is only available to UK residents. If you have decided not to take out insurance through Nature Travels, please complete the table below giving us the name of your insurance provider, your policy number, expiry date and an emergency insurance contact telephone number.

Payment

Please note that your booking cannot be confirmed until payment is received.

We require a deposit of £100 (or 10%, whichever is the greater). If the cost of your experience is less that £100 or you are booking less than 60 days before your experience begins, full payment is required.

*5: If you would like to pay by bank transfer, our account details will be forwarded to you when we receive your booking form.

*6: Please note that there is a surcharge of 2.5% on payments made by debit/credit card. If you would like to pay by debit or credit card, when we receive your booking form we will send you an email containing a link enabling you to make your payment online. The link takes you to a secure PayPal site to complete your payment.

Total Payment Protection (topp) Policy Cover:

In compliance with the UK Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 and the Civil Aviation (Air Travel Organiser's Licensing) Regulations 1995 an insurance policy has been arranged with Travel & General Insurance Company plc to protect customers' prepayments paid in respect of: - flight inclusive packages commencing and returning to the UK -non-flight inclusive packages commencing and returning to the UK - the ground handling aspects of packages where the customer is responsible for arranging travel to the destination - inbound business to the UK offered in this brochure/literature/document/on this website (subject to the terms of the insurance policy), for: - a refund of such prepayments if customers have not yet travelled - making arrangements to enable the holiday to continue if customers have already travelled or - repatriation of customers to the UK in the unlikely event of our financial failure.
